DSE presents “Why Occupy?” the latest web series created to give you the first hand accounts of members of the Occupy Pinnacle cause. As implied by the name, ones will share their motivation for being apart of the now global initiative to save the birthplace of Rasta from corporate violation. In this first episode we hear from Suns of Dub’s Addis Pablo and Ras Jammy. Son of ‘Mellodica and Dub King’ Augustus Pablo, Addis founded the Suns of Dub label and is quickly making a name for himself following in his father’s footsteps. 
Working alongside producer/ selector Ras Jammy who hails from Trinidad, the duo has worked on numerous projects with the likes of Inner Circle, Black Redemption and Rory StoneLove. Both have been actively involved with the occupation efforts from its inception and recently visited for an acoustic session at Pinnacle with a few of the resident drummers. Look out for more of these acoustic sessions featuring other well known supporters of the Occupy Pinnacle movement.
